Refund Policy

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our web orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Subscriptions bought inside the DeepRevision app on iPhone, iPad or Android are sold by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). Refunds for those purchases are requested from Apple or Google under their own policies, because we cannot issue them.

If you are not happy with a DeepRevision Pro or Pro+ subscription bought on our website (weekly, monthly or annual), you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of the payment you want refunded. This covers your first payment and any renewal.

Payments older than 14 days are not refundable, except where the law requires a refund. We do not give partial refunds for unused time. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals.

Go to Account → Manage subscription, use the link in any email from Paddle, or visit paddle.net. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, then your account returns to the Free plan.

Email support@deeprevision.com with the email address on your account and the order number from your Paddle receipt, or request it at paddle.net. Refunds go back to the original payment method. How long they take to appear depends on your bank or card provider.

The refunded subscription ends and your account returns to the Free plan. Your notes, flashcards, study plans and review history stay in your account.

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country, including the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days where that right applies.

We may update this policy. Changes apply to payments made after the date shown above and never to a payment you have already made.
